Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been involved in genealogy research for about 25 years and enjoy the freedom and depth of the information found on the Internet.

I also realize that the Internet is just a tool and that the "real" work is done by volunteers all over the world who scan and/or transcribe data.

Families I research are:
Anthony (Ohio>Lee Co. Iowa>Jasper Co. Iowa)
Hitchler {Rhodt Germany>New York>Illinois>Iowa)
Benskin (Kent England>Ohio>Illinois>Texas, Missouri, Iowa, Arizona, etc.)
Miller (originated in Saratoga Co., NY)
Lane (Newland, Gloucestershire, England > Stark Co., Ohio > Albia, IA > Kittitas, WA)

Just a little coincidence here. We just moved out from Toledo 5 years ago. Your Harrison isn't in my family (or rather I should say, my husband's family). Lots of Harrisons around. My husband's line came from Virginia into Jackson Co. Ohio after a short stay in Scioto Co. Ohio. I think your branch had something to do with the Harrison Ranch House restaurant in Toledo years ago. Happy hunting.

Just saw your reply on FInd a Grave to a person who took photo of where he thought your William Harrison was. Now I need to ask...which William Harrison? My name is Harrison and I have lots of William's in the family. Where was your's residing?

Your Thanks
are appreciated. it tickles me to be able to fulfill a request almost as much as when someone fulfills one of mine. Love doing this. Do believe there is a detective buried somewhere inside me. Cyndy B.

Forgot to mention this. Go to Ivy Green Cemetery, Bremerton, Wa and check all interments. There are quite a few Benskin there and maybe one is a lost one you have been looking for. None are linked. So it may not be on the Benskin line you are looking for. Good Luck Cyndy B.

Just transferred another ancestor to you but you will have to finish the linking. Had to leave the space numbers off some as I messed up my notes and as soon as I straighten them out will get back to you. Cyndy B.
