I was born in Bakersfield California November 4 1945.We lived in Green Acres and I though it was the cooliest place in the world. After graduating from Bakersfield High School in 1964 I went to Utah, and worked as a construction service missionary for the LDS church building new church's. I started basic training in January of 1966 at Fort Ord California and served in the US Army. August 1966 I went to VietNam as a radio operator in the 507th Transportation Co. and spent most of my time in Na Trang. I attended Brigham Young University in 1969 where I met my wife Debra Funk, she grew up in Burley Idaho where her dad Martin had a farm and dairy. We were married August 1971 in Idaho Falls,Idaho. We have four children Corrine,Charlotte,Melissa, and Brian. While at BYU I became interested in Genealogy and have been doing it off and on all these years. The internet has made it so much more fun! I love this site.
