I volunteered as a photographer the very first time I entered this website because I thought the whole concept was a great idea! I've found helping folks document their ancestors and preserve deteriorating cemeteries to be a very worthwhile use of my spare time.
I live in a rural area, so if you can, please provide travel directions, road or highway names or numbers, nearby towns, landmarks, etc., to help me find churches, private cemeteries, or family burial sites. If you provide Section/Plot/grave numbers, volunteers can find graves in public cemeteries much faster. You can get this info by calling the town's Public Works Dept. and posting it on your request.

 | RE: Duplicate Cemetery Dear Barb:
Thank you for your note. I did not know how to put a city name in the county slot when creating the location. I sent an e-mail to Find A Grave and asked them to merge my files with the 2007 files and to transfer the authorship to the person who manages that file. Thanks again for the heads up. | RE: Floral Hills Memory Gardens Thanks...... I am confused if the cemetery name was Floral Hills Memory Gardens or Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. The picture and your cemetery address clears it up for me. Again Thanks, Bob | | | Robert DeLong
 | Floral Hills Memory Gardens Hi Barb, Hope everything is going well for you. You took a photo of "Floral Hills Memory Gardens", http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=1963769&CRid=1963769&pt=Floral%20Hills%20Memory%20Gardens&.
Could you tell me what the physical address or about the location of the cemetery.
Thanks and Happy Valentine's Day.

 | RE: John & Susan Weber Hi Barb,
I have added the other names that you mentioned. I hadn't found out where they were buried was why I hadn't added them. Thanks for letting me know. I didn't have birth or death dates for some but added them and will be excited to see their tombstones so I can update my records.
Thanks so much, Henry | | | Shelley Kinsey Adams
 | May McNeil Roediger Barb, How nice of you to get this for me. !!! I requested that so long ago and hoped someone would fulfull my request. On my family tree I record where each and every burial is as dead people all too soon get forgotten and burials are also forgotten. Thank you so very, very much for this photo. It means a lot to me!!! Have a great week. Shelley Adams | | | Henry Webber
