Grew up in New Rochelle New York and then South Jersey. Live in Pennsy now. My Italian mother died before I formed any memories of her. My father remarried and my stepmother treated me as her own and I lost touch with my mother's family. My father's paternal side has been in America since the 1700s. But his mother was born in Bohdanovc, Czechoslovakia which makes me the quintessential melting pot. Right now I am working on graves and obituaries from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, mostly family, friends and names I am researching. I enjoy reading the biographies and placing flowers on memorials that I find on this site. I am also an amateur genealogist helping anyone I can.
