Lillie Family Transfers

Thanks for the transfers. I've let Ray know that we can do more work with these memorials as more documentation shows up! I rally appreciate the Lillie Family transfers and your generous offer to make it happen. We'll work on Jerry's connection as soon as possible!

RE: Archibald Lillie
Thanks and no hurry! I just got back from the New York State Family History Conference in Syracuse. Diane and Ray were my "hoteliers!" So I'm busy organizing mountains of data both new and old.

Thanks for the transfers! I'm not that far down in my new email list so I'll check out your husband's connection.

Keep in touch!

Archibald Lillie
Hello Julie,
I've been working with my brother-in-law on his Lillie family of Moravia, New York. I've suggested a few dates here and there and offered Archibald's Civil War service. However, I may have attempted to link Chloe while Chloe is already linked! My apologies. These folks are Ray's great grandparents but Ray leaves all of his research to me. He doesn't have a Find A Grave account nor does he do any research on his own.

I notice that you're doing some research on the Bassett lines. Would that be the line descended from William Bassett, 1621 immigrant aboard the Fortune? William is my 10th great grandfather and we just might be cousins at some level. One of William's 18th century descendants and distant cousin of mine, Jotham Bassett (1738-1827), was one of the founders of Sempronius, New York.

In any case, nice to "meet" you. If I can help with any Lillie data or any family connected to them, I have a mountain of it!

RE: Richard Clark, b. 6/20/1659
Hello Julie,
Many thanks for your kind note. Your date of death for Mary Wedgewood Clark must be right. I will contact the original source I used on Ancestry and urge them to correct. It is nice to learn (finally) from where in England the first Clarks in America emanated!
Hope all is well with you and family.
Best wishes,

Richard Clark, b. 6/20/1659
It appears that subject Richard Clark was not born in CT, but in England. It also appears that he was the father of Richard Clark (b. 1693, d. 1784)
F-A-G memorial no. 62776394.

A note sent to another contributor: "It has been determined that the parents of Richard Clark were:

Richard Clark
Born 20 June 1659 in Guilden Morden, Cambridgeshire, England
Died in Hampton, Rockinham County, New Hampshire

Mary Wedgewood
Born in 1656 in Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire
Died on 10 October 1677 in Hampton, Rockingham, NH"

Jean Durier
Hi Julie,
Please correct the death date of Jean Durier to 1698, which is the date of his will and death.
Thanks, JimH

RE: Jarman's in Crown Hill
I just sent them your way. I am not related to the Jarman's at all. (That I know of! lol). I always try to offer if the person mentions any kind of relationship. I'm not one of those people that don't transfer out of guidelines, if it's family, friends, 3rd grade math teacher, long lost second cousin, 4x great grand uncle, old next door neighbor etc., I will transfer, because you probably know more about them than I do. Katherine and Earnest also have an infant son Jerry in Crown Hill. I sent that contributor the links to link him to Katherine and Earnest. Have a great day!

Hi, I got your edits! Would you like a transfer of Katherine and Earnest's memorials? :)
