Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am currently researching two ancestral lines--Ross and Eakin.

For the Ross line, I am interested in Robert Stanley Ross, Robert Carroll Ross, Andrew Jackson Ross, Peter Ross and their spouses.

For the Eakin line, I am interested in information for Petty Marshall Eakin, John Marshall Eakin, William G. Eakin, William Eakin and any of their spouses.

Feel free to contact me. I may have info that I can share, as well as photos.

RE: Jeanine Turner
Hi Lin,

Yes, by all means you are most certainly welcome and have my permission to use the photo that I attached to Jeanie Turner's memorial. In addition I would be happy to send you a copy of the original unaltered photo if you would like for your genealogical & personal use. Just let me know and I will happy to send it via e-mail.

My grandmother Pauline(nee Powell)Westerfeldt mother was Georgia (nee Deering) Powell who was Jeanie's sister and is how I am connected. Jeanie (nee Deering) Turner as she would be my Great Grand Aunt. I spent a lot of time on my grandmother's farm in Amity before she passed away and miss my family and days spent in Arkansas. In my youth I remember fondly trips taken to Arkadelphia from Amity, as compared to Amity it was like going from a back water logging town to a major metropolis when I was kid.

Thank you for contacting me and for your time and efforts on Find A Grave in documenting family history and maintaining memorials.

Let me know how I may be of any further assistance.

Best Regards,
Dan Davidson

You are very welcome . . . I'm so glad we could help out. We do this because we really enjoy it so it really was no trouble. Still, this one was a difficult one to locate. It took us several weeks of talking to a variety of old timers in the area as well as a very helpful park ranger. We love the chase! :-)
