Jewel Lamphier
re Lloyd Lamphier
After checking again, I see that the stone is a Family marker. Sorry for the 'mistaken' reference. I have more wrong stones on my sites than I can shake a shovel at. I would still like it removed as I can't seem to figure out how to do it myself. I guess it has something to do with private property.
Thanks

Please put Lloyd Lamphier's tombstone pic on Lloyd Lamphier's page and not Artie's. I prefer that other people not add things to my sites. They are often mistaken in their entries.
Thanks.

RE: Photos
I have known a few men named Kay but especially love the history behind your middle name. It makes family history even more interesting.

Thank you so much for the information on these two soldiers. I have corrected the photos and added the correct information to their captions and am thrilled they are now on the proper memorials. And THANK YOU for your service. Kay

RE: Janet Marlene Leri
Dan,
I was able to find the photo very quickly. I thought it might take longer than it did.
Take care. Ann

RE: Janet Marlene Leri
Dan,
I definitely still have the headstone photo. When I took the photos for Section U, I took upwards of 400 photos that day. It will take me time to go through them, however, I will post a copy to Janet's memorial.

Re: Dorald Clifton Lowe
You are welcome, Dan. I'm glad that helped. Seems his name has been passed along phonetically. We had something similar in my dad's family. It's interesting because I was going to pick five photo requests that day but only those where the section name & plot number were given but for some reason I picked four like that and then "Darrell." The cemetery had no record so I got on the internet and kept digging. Thought maybe he had gone by Clifton or even Cliff. Kept digging until I found D. C. for Dorald and the dates matched. Yes the cemetery had that record plus his wife was buried next to him only she had gone on to remarry & her headstone bears a different last name. Made it a little easier to find after that.
Regards,
Gloria
