| Bio and Links | I recently found the Find-A-Grave site and am so please that it has enabled me to find the graves of so many family members. So . . . I am doing my part to post those tombstone photos that I have taken myself to share those with others.
I'm happy to take over the management of any memorials that are within my "family circle" if you'd like me to - or just to make "corrections" and suggestions and let you manage it! Let's all just work together to get family link connections to "keep the family together"! | |

What a wonderful picture of my great grandmother Stauffer. I visited her in the Springfield nursing home she lived in, and she once came with her daughter Alfreda Tucker Cresson to Iowa for a week.
Would you have any other pictures of her that you might scan? I have a picture of Clara with Alfreda in a hollyhock patch if you are interested. Thank you again for sharing this picture.

| Jesse Lena Smith Collins
Greetings,
I'm looking for more information on Jesse Lena Smith, daughter of Charles and Sarah, mentioned in Memorial #97485909.
She is mentioned in the 1865 probate records of John J Smith of St Louis as daughter of Charles, son of dec'd living in Illinois.
She is on the 1870 and 1880 census in Griggsville with the Northups.
The only other record I have found is on findagrave... "Sarah was also married to Charles Smith (1842-1863). She had a daughter with Charles, Jessie Lena Smith Collins (1862-1909)."
I can't find any record of her marriage or decendants.

Hmmm, there's no request for a photo. I did a search and don't find a memorial for Madeleiene Marjorie Speer at Glenwood. Could you maybe send me the link? Thanks!

Hi, I'm delighted that I was able to help out! As for that last name, I'm not at all sure it's Lucille. But the last names are Speer Smith.
I'd be happy to send you the high resolution original if you'd like, so you could make your own guess on that name. I'd only request that you allow me to post the photo on any memorials for them that you create. Thanks!
