I can relate to several of the surnames you have listed.
|Linda Davis||RE: Julia sellers|
Julia Sellers is the younger sister of great grandmother Nellie Sellers Thompson. I have done lots of work with Betty Parrish on the line. She is a descendant of their brother Manning Sellers, who married Catherine Dixon. I am not a Dixon but believe that may the line with the Native American. I am sure you are very familiar with the genealogy as we have posted online plus I have published it in the Southern Genealogical Exchange Quarterly and the Amelia Island Genealogical Society Quarterly. Nellie is buried in Nassau Co, FL...where Amelia Island is located. Yes, I know Julia's descendants insist that she "100% American Indian" and posted that on her Find A Grave memorial. I had it removed. I spoke with an elderly descendent of Julia's in the 1900 and she was certain that she was "American Indian". I have done genealogy back for generation and generation on the Sellers line and no document on paper of Native American...good to hear about results on the male/Y-DNA line but that would be on your Dixon line, right? Now Julia's mother was Kizzie from NC and I have no idea who her parents were...it would be a guess at best. I would love to prove Sam Sellers on NC as a DAR patriot but I lack paper documentation between his son John and the grandson John who married Kizzie. Love hearing from you.

|Alton Christie||W.R. Woods|
I got your suggestion for an edit to the W.R. Woods memorial in Swift Creek Cemetery in Hamilton County, Florida, but there was no info attached for suggested changes/ transfers/ ect.
If you'd like to link them, Sara P. Brooker #27276108 and James R. Brooker #27275055 were married.
