I will consider transferring memorials outside the F.A.G. guidelines under some circumstances, but I reserve the right to decline those transfer requests. As far as relatives go, you would have to be closer related than I am and the connection must be clear to me.
Of course, I am always happy to make additions and/or corrections to the memorials I manage.
If a photo does not seem readable, click on it and it will enlarge and be easier to read.
I do not copy and paste obituaries from newspapers or funeral home websites word-for-word. I rearrange and reword the obituaries as much as possible and leave out "survived by" as well as the names of other living persons. I try to stick to the basic facts.
Please don't add scanned copies of obituaries, etc. I will have them removed. Feel free to send the obit to me and I will add the pertinent information. If it is a very old obit, I will add it in its entirety.
I have additional information pertaining to Rollie Larson. If I type it all out, will you add it to his memorial page? Or you can transfer the record to me for maintenance. Rollie is not a relative, just a friend of many years. Thank you.
Sullivan's mother was my great aunt, Peter and Johanna were her in-laws. Should anyone be related closer and wish to care for them, I would enjoy being able to meet their acquaintance:)
If you are able to find out anything more about the other Pierson at this cemetery - the female who died in 1943, I would be very interested to learn if or how she could be related also? Can you tell me how you might have come across her being added? Was it through cemetery records or maybe an actual stone?
RE: Wallace Nelson I found it while researching in the family of Letha Weinberg. If you search MOMS using her name you will find it. They did divorce and she later married Howard Gunderson. She is buried in Lakeview Cemetery in Blackduck where her parents and husband are. Her memorial contains an obituary with further info. Her memorial # is 113794831
Kiekow family Hey, Wanda. I have a question. In the United Church of Christ Cemetery in Sauk Rapids, MN, there is a baby Kiekow and Ferdinand Kiekow, both unknown birth dates and same death year (1915), that you added. Could they be the same person? In an obituary for Emil Kiekow (1910-1998), it says he was predeceased by an infant brother, but did not say what his name was. Emil's family are buried in different cemeteries in Sauk Rapids. If you can determine if the baby Kiekow and Ferdinand Kiekow are the same person, please link him to his parents. They are Karl Kiekow (# 75832997) and Anna Reimer Kiekow (# 75833097). Please and thank you. Have a great weekend.
