|Jeanette Perrin Coaly||Sarah Ann Elizabeth Roland Hendrix|
48929994 Sarah Ann Elizabeth Roland Hendrix sister to my Gr Gr Grandmother Nancy Frances Roland Polk. I can not believe it has been 5 years since your visit to Duke, Reed and Hollis, OK. Since then I have added over 42,800 photos to Find-a-Grave. I have recalled your visit with great pleasure and admired your work in searching for your ancestry. Just found out, my cousins husband was postmaster at Southland, Garza County, Texas for several years. Small world, email@example.com
|Margie & Bob von M||Linking Problem|
Hello. I checked Martha (Peck) Morgan's memorial and read the updated profile for Carolyn who created it. She states she is getting almost 3,000 emails a month. Even though she has removed her home email address, the best way to get the links for Martha done is always to use the EDIT tab and 'Suggest a correction'. Requesting this way gives the memorial creator the memorial link where she wouldn't have to look it up. Many contributors won't update any request not through the Tab process. Please try this and let me know how it works. Also, if you want additional photos of her grave, let me know. I go over to Retsil a couple of times a year to take photos. Margie

I will be glad to transfer if you will tell me how you are related to John. Also, please use the "edit" tab on the memorial to request the transfer. This makes it much easier.

I would be glad to transfer ownership to you as I see you are a Hendrix. First I want to know how you are related to her.
I grew up with her in Logan till I moved to Tucumcari.
If I transferred over to you now you may not e-mail me back. Please e-mail me back. I am related thru marriage as my mother was a first cousin of Hilda Knapp who was married to Bert Knapp. I knew them well as well as the Bill Hendrix family.
E-mail me direct please to firstname.lastname@example.org
I do have some information on the Hilda Knapp family if interested and would like to exchange.
|Dona Kay Brasher Atkins||Rufus Hendrix & Margaret Francis Roten Hendrix Pew|
It has been a mystery why these two are buried so far from Tyler County. As I have told you before, Elijah, Margaret's father is rumored to be buried there, but some have denied that as a possibiity. If I could locate him there in Garza, I would understand why they would be there.
I still do not see the link either, but I intend to keep looking.
Stay in touch, and let me know if you stumble over something that links them all together.
Thanks for all you kindness and work.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Years,
Dona Brasher Atkins

I understand that his father, Elizah James Hendricks is also in Resthaven. He was born in 1824 and died in 1856 in Woodside, Tyler County, Texas. Do you have any record of this or know anything about this family. His daughter Margaret Frances Rotan Sheffield Pew is my great grandmother (Rufus sister). I saw a notation on Ancestry.com that he was buried there.
Are we distantly related?
Dona Kay Brasher Atkins
I have tons on the Hawleys. I was born in Gladwin and now live in Midland. Would be happy to share.

|Cheri Strohm||Daniel Hawley|
Hi, I don't know if you know, but according to the Mich death index, Daniel Hawley died Feb 28, 1877 in Jerome Twp, Midland County. I must be buried somewhere there. I looked back on my cemetery stuff and don't have anything for him. Sara Hawley remarried a Mathews. I don't know where she is buried either, but I found her living with Dennis, her son, my husband's gg grandfather, I think in Beaverton. I need to check that out again. I don't want to give you the wrong info. Hope this helps you. Cheri

No, I am very sorry that I don't. They have to be in Michigan tho, I would think, because of them being in the census here. If I find out, I will be happy to let you know...Cheri Strohm
|Mayflower descendant||Mary Cynthia Welch James|
Mary was the sister of my 2nd great grandfather and in my research, I see that she has dates for her birth and death posted on findagrave. Can you verify that her dates are correct? It seems that she does not have a death certificate. I noticed that you are a direct descendant, so if you would be so kind to verify the Aug 3 1849 birth and Feb 7 1931 death, I will add these dates to her profile. Thank you, Jeanna Newton, descendant of Joseph Marion Welch.
