I have catalogued, photographed, walked multiple times, and embraced the Fort Hill Cemetery of Cleveland, Tennessee. This particular cemetery is close to my heart. If you want to locate a grave, contact me, I can help.

RE: Martha Wise Photo Request
It was very helpful for you to mention George Ann Wise is buried next to S.B. Wise..... he's her uncle. I thought there would be a marker for Martha E. Wise because her Find A Grave memorial (# 80543098) says an inscription states she's "Wife of John Wise"...but perhaps it's just written in the cemetery records. Martha E. Wise could be the mother of George Ann and would be buried nearby. (Could she share the headstone with George Ann and have her inscription on the other side of the stone?) I also believe the Find A Grave memorial mistakenly says Martha E was born in 1863, when she died in 1863..... just a thought. Usually, cemeteries know the death date and might be missing the birth date.

If you don't have the time to return to the cemetery, I can certainly add this to my "to do" list. Within the next year I need to make a trip to Tennessee (we live in Kansas City) and wouldn't mind seeing the Ft. Hill Cemetery. My husband is getting used to visiting cemeteries.

Thanks for your help.

Martha Wise Photo Request
Thank you so much for searching for Martha Wise's headstone. It's likely her grave is unmarked. I hope the weather was wonderful when you were searching.

I'll remove this photo request from Find A Grave.

Margaret Edna McDonald Bing
I just received your message that you could not locate Margaret Bing's burial location. I just looked at her death certificate and according to it she is buried there. Her death certificate gives her name as Edna McDonald Bing. I attached her death certificate to her memorial page. Thank you.
