John Franklin Prock
My name is John Clay and live in Lebanon,Mo. John Franklin Prock is my great great grandpa on my dads side of the family. I visited New Grove Cemetery and located his wife's grave Mary Todd Prock but could not locate his. I'm guessing it got knocked down and isn't there anymore. Do you know the exact plot where he was buried? The plot by his wife's was broken off and not there. I'm guessing it was probably it but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

Photo request for Ebenezer Gilbert
I went to the Cass County Court House this AM. I found no death records for him there. I though I could get some more info for you, but came up with nothing. If there is anything else I can do, please feel free to let me know. Carolyn DeLay

Photo request for Ebenezer Gilbert
Last year I photographed every grave in the Wiota Cemetery and updated the 1985 Cass County Cemetery Walk. There is no memorial for this person. If he was buried there, perhaps there was a wooden marker, just stones, or it was vandalized. Also the person that created this memorial is no longer affiliated with findagrave.com. Plot 131 was listed as bought by EB Gilbert. It may be that the person originating the memorial figured he was buried there. Maybe he bought it for his brother's family. The only other thing is to check the records out at the court house. FYI: Please check out the grave for Ebenezer B. Gilbert in the Avon Cemetery, Polk Co., Iowa. The birth dates are the same. There is a photo on that memorial. If there is anything else I can do, please feel free to contact me. Carolyn DeLay

Hope you don't mind that I added a picture of Hugh to the memorial you created. It's the only one that my mother had, not the best quality.
