|Bonnie Gay||NeSmith Ancestor|
Dawnie Ree, My name is Bonnie Gay from Statesboro, Ga. You say you are a great grandaughter of Lott Warren. His wife was Jane Desaubleaux. Jane's mother was Anne NeSmith from Screven County. Anne's father was James NeSmith an old Indian Trader. He was my ancestor. I believe we are connected thru the NeSmiths. Please e-mail be at email@example.com. I would love to talk about this.
|Diane Jones||James Daniel # 24145721|
Over a year ago, I left a message for you to please change the death date for James Daniel. I know that the grave stone reads July 20, 1861.
This is wrong.....the death was July 20, 1864. I have all kinds of proof on the year being 1864 including his will written June 10, 1864. In the court records for Clayton County, he was given permission to take supplies to Gen. Joe Johnston in May of 1864. James Daniel was the Inferior Court Justice of Clayton County. He died on July 20, 1864 the day of the Battle of Atlanta. We have no proof that he was taking the supplies and got killed but that is our belief. I was issued my certificate by the U.D.C. on his civil service. These dates are correct.
I have already sponsored his memorial and his wifes.....they are my ggg grandparents. If you don't want to bother with this, please transfer their memorials to me.
|Diane Jones||Thomas Richard Daniel|
Yesterday, I was loaned by a friend a lots of pictures of the Daniel Family. I will be adding them to the findagrave site as well as on my tree on Ancestry.com. I am adding pictures of Thomas Richard Daniel and his wife, Martha Ann as well as Addison E., Raleight Hightower and some other children. Since this is your family, I knew you would want to be informed.
|Diane Jones||James Daniel's Death Date|
Would you please change James Daniel's death date to 1864 not 1861. His tombstone date is wrong. I have his will and it is dated July 1864. It is the correct will because he mentions all of his children by name, including Emily E. Adamson, wife of Iverson Young Adamson who are my great, great grandparents. Emily and Iverson are buried next to James and Jane Jones Daniel. James and Jane's tombstone was added much later than when they died and someone got the date wrong. The Mt. Zion Records also have 20 Jul 1864 because I am a member there and I checked to see what they had as a date. Thanks...
You created a memorial for the above subject on Find A Grave, and I believe she is the 2nd wife of George Chorpenning of Sommerset Co., PA. It would be appreciated if you would confirm this, and if so, would you consider transferring the memorial to me so I can update it with addition information on the family. If you wish, I can transfer the memorial back to you after I have updated it. My number with Find A Grave is 47043299.
Thanks for your time and attention,
Arroyo Grande, CA

Thanks for always remembering Jennifer Grimes. Her son Carl wrote me today and the other day as well. He will be fifteen in July, can you believe it? I hope all is well in your life. God Bless you.. > Sandeshells
I am looking for the family of Richard H. Pritchett, b. ca. 1812. He married Lucinda S. HILL of Henry Co VA.
Are you kin to the Pritchetts?
I posted the picture of Jesse Vanover. What other ones did you request? There was only one other one at that cemetery and I thought someone else had requested that one
