Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born in Petoskey, Michigan at Lockwood General Hospital while my mom was visiting her family and my dad was working in Indiana. I was very sick and had to stay in the hospital for several months..in fact I learned to walk in my hospital crib!!!My mom said I walked at 7 months.

I live in Vidalia,Georgia, moving here from Miami in 1967. My parents are Jesse Lem (deceased) and Hope Ann Lashmit Parrish (deceased).

I decided to start the genealogy on my family in December 2007, and have quickly become addicted. I wish I had started earlier when I had family that could help me with names, dates and places.

We are related to STARLING,CROSBY,DYAL and others from Starke and Graham, Bradford County, Florida on my dad's side of the family.

On my mother's side it's LASHMIT, FINE, HANKINS and others from North Carolina, Indiana and Michigan,.

I've always been fascinated with graves and old cemetery's. I enjoy researching family history and adding as much information to a memorial that I can. If I add a memorial, I will make sure in the future that I get a photo of the headstone and also link families together where possible. I've seen to many memorials added that dates are not put in and no family links are added. If you find a memorial that needs to be transferred to you, please request and I'll be glad to do so.

I will on occasion go to the local library and look up obituaries that I need. When I do this, I sometimes capture "others" . If they are already on FAG, I'll contact the owner and request a temporary transfer to add the information and then return it. So don't be alarmed if I contact you, with such a request! I enjoy adding all the information available. I've done several of these in the past....

I am not in this for the amount of memorials I can add, but to make sure everyone is remembered, so future researchers can have somewhere to start.
And families can place flowers at any time.

If you have the time please place a flower on
my daughter, Jessica's memorial.

Jessica Noel Daniels 1981-1997

Please visit the memorial for Courtney Ann Wilkes.
She was murdered while on vacation in Florida with her family. She was a Toombs County High School student.

Courtney Ann Wilkes 1995-2011

I remember this tragic story well. There is a website with all the information at www.rhondacoleman.com. Please visit the site and also leave a token on Rhonda's Findagrave memorial page.

Elizabeth McArthur Morris Southwell # 66779213
Kay, Today I went to the Joyce~McArthur cemetery
and photographed everything.
While there I met Mrs Ann Morris Carswell and
her daughter Mrs Teresa Carswell Howard. Ann is
a daughter of Elizabeth McArthur Morris Southwell
and Teresa is Ann's daughter. Ann and her husband
William live in a large two story house that has
a name and history....JOYCE HOUSE was built in
1810 and is the oldest remaining house in Tattnall
County. Per Ann, Joyce~McArthur Cemetery is the correct name for the cemetery that is in the backyard of the Joyce House.
I will be soon forwarding the photos to my
partners so that everything gets into Findagrave.
If you are interested..I will copy my info to you.

Howard Stanley memorial
I found your name while looking at the Rockwell church site in Telfair county on Find a Grave. My father was Howard William Stanley. I was pleasantly surprised to find his information was already on the site. Thank you for submitting it. His name was Howard William Stanley, Sr., Not Jr. I don't know if I have the rights to make changes in the submission as I am new to the site. I would appreciate it if you could make the change. There are more members of my family at the Stanley Family Cemetery in Dublin. We are in the process of getting a slab for his grave. I will upload a photo of it when it is complete. My mother and I live out beyond Providence Church on Old River Road out past Johnson's Corner. There is a little chapel across the road from our house that you might be interested in. It is called Pearson's Chapel and there are three graves on the church grounds that are not listed on the site. I would be interested in getting in touch with you about adding them to the site.

Norma Williams Harlin
Hi, I am trying to find out about Willie Esther Dutton who was a half-sister to Norma on their mother's side. Willie Esther was a half-sister to my mother on Willie Esther's father's (Dutton)side. My mother spoke of Willie Esther her half-sister. I never met her. I have been trying to find out more about her but have hit a brick wall after the 1940 Anniston Alabama census. Willie Esther Dutton was listed in the Williams' household in 1940 as step-daughter to Carl Williams who was Norma's father. If you could help me find out more about Willie Esther or help me find someone who could tell me more about her I would be very grateful. She is my half-aunt and I never knew her. Thanks! Elizabeth
