Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am always looking for genealogy and family history connected to the families of the Keesling Neighborhood, Mechanicsburg, and Fall Creek Township of Henry County, Indiana. My family was amongst the first to inhabit the area shortly after Indiana became a state.

Some of the surnames I research include: Keesling (Kisling/Kissling), Alspaugh (Allspaw), Judd, Judge (Richert), Pate, Munden, Collier, Chadwick, Elliot, Sheffer, Kingerry, Palmer, Manwaring, Bagby, Hermann, Schneider, Waldron, and Brown (Braun).

Samuel Huston entry
Hello! I also have ancestors in the Mechanicsburg area. I am a descendant of Samuel Huston. Your entry shows the note of "War of 1812." I was wondering if you have any additional information about that. Is it inscribed on the headstone somewhere?

I ended up with the duplicate, as I searched by name and year of death. This person was not known to me, so I will gladly delete my memorial for your earlier one. Have a great day!
