I was born in Weed, Siskiyou County California September 27, 1949. I grew up in Cottonwood, Shasta County, California. For the past 30 years I have lived the the Davis and Woodland, Yolo County, California area. My hobby is to do family history.
A few years ago I lost most of my eye sight and haven't been able to do maintance on the pages. My daughter Tanya is now helping with my pages. If there are changes that you would like made that I haven't done, we just did some of them, please let me know again and it will get done. | |

Regarding the transfer request for Jack Lloyd Troy. As you noticed, there were no dates on the memorial for Jack Troy. I'd like to make sure this is the correct Jack Troy. Would you please tell me some basic facts..such as birth/death date for your Mr. Troy? I have been checking the cemetery records today for the burial date of the Mr. Troy laid to rest at Green Hills & finding a CA death record match.

I wish I could send a correction, but I am just not sure that my information is valid. I can't find Daniel McMahan's wife in the census under her maiden name (GOODWIN) and I am beginning to wonder if the published genealogies I got it from (published in 1898 and 1979 may be wrong. It's a puzzle.

Regarding your listing for Melbourne Memorial Garden in Marsahll Co., IA and the McMahon family. I have Daniel S. McMahon married to Sarah E. GOODWIN, the daughter of Dr. Horace Goodwin (formerly of Allegheny Co., PA). In your listing for Henry McMahon, you have him as the son of Daniel McMahon and Sarah E. MORRISON. The rest of the family fits. Am I wrong or do you know something I don't.

i have that Charity died in Pierce, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, in November 15, 1881 and is buried between Boyceville and Greytown, Dunn County, Wisconsin. which if that's true she was buried across the state.
