RE: St. Paul's UCC in Lionville, Chester, PA
I don't have any photos of them. I had been researching the surname for a 4th cousin who is now deceased. Only added them to Find A Grave and requested photos of their graves.

Baptism Records (MBSC)
The Baptism Records at the church exist.

There is a book called the Alphabetical index of births, marriages and deaths, 1741-1969 Book "D".

I would call the church yourself and see if they can confirm what you are looking for. You may have to contact the Priest for these records.

RE: Joshua Adam
Hi Nancy,
Glad to help! I listed from the cemetery book from St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery (Goshenhoppen) Bally, Berks County, PA and New cemetery of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Bally, Berks, Co., PA compiled by Edgar H. Zimmerman. The ones you mention are:

Isaias Adams/Adam Son of Simon Adam and Elizabeth Bauer 11/22/1840 died 3/24/1841

Jacob Adams/Adam Son of John Simon Adams and Catharine Kass/Kehs 1/28/1826 died 7/23/1852

I would encourage you to look through the listings. It has taken me a half year to list everyone. Feel free to upload additional information.

You can call the Allwein Museum next to the Church. The Church phone number is on the cemetery main site. I think they have a list of the old baptisim records there. I think Michael works there at the museum and he opens it on Sundays after church. I live in Oklahoma so I can't check.

It depended on the dialect of German or the priest when they entered it into the book aswell. Some still stick to the "C" on Catharine instead of "K" Kathrine. I hope I have added most of the versions on this site to help everyone. Thanks again for your input and interest.
