Sapp Cemetery
I visited this cemetery a few years ago and we had to use a 4x4 to get up the hill to it. Your photo looks totally different from I recall. Has an access road been made to easily reach the cemetery? I also don't recall the fence.

Edward Burgin
I am contacting you, Kathline to see if this is the Edward Burgin who was my grandmother's younger brother and lived with her family when he was a boy. IMy grandmother was Maud Burgin Poole. My mother was Mary Elizabeth and she knew Edward but I never did.
I am trying to locate more information on the Burgin family back several generations.

Sorry but I never saw your message until now. I have no info on Edna. What was her last name? I will try to do some research on her. I have often thought about making a trip back there to see the place if possible. Do you know where Freeman is buried?

Capt. Robert McConaughy
Ancestry no longer has a "Request a Change" button. This is the only way I can contact you about this. You have added a picture of a name tag to Robert McConaughy (1691-1758) Find A Grave # 48789740. However; this picture belongs to Robert David McConaughy (1746-1800) Find A Grave # 34010356. Capt. Robert McConaughy is the grandson of the above Robert. If I do not hear from you, I will request that Find A Grave remove it.

Thank you for the writeup about the 1903 tornado. I have a similar article but did not think to add it to this memorial.
I have the names of 4 of his children that were killed. I also know that there was a mass grave for those that died at Hopewell Cemetery but have never seen an official listing. Have you?
I will add the names of those 4 children and get them linked to the parents.
Thank you again.
