I have always been drawn to cemeteries. I didn't know why until I started doing genealogy 20+ years ago. Now, I've found another outlet,

I research my families in NC, OH, MO, but take pics nearby when I'm able.

I hope I can help build on someone's research or just a family interest that may start with someone's final resting place.

RE: Callahan, Patrick
Thank you for creating the memorial. It looks like a contributor must've created memorials under the alternate cemetery name of Fleming and those records have been moved over to Fremont Township. Now there are duplicate memorials. I've contacted the contributor on a few, as other duplicate records have more info and hers would then need to be deleted. So have printed off her list and will do some comparing. That should take me awhile. Charlotte Briggs

Bryce, not Bruce.
Mary's maiden name is Bryce, not Bruce.

Thank you so much for pointing that out I have made the correction.

Thank you so much! I bet that one was hard to find! I have never seen anything like that. Is that moss or flowers?
I cant remember, if I asked, would you mind if I shared these pictures with my family for genealogy? Thank you.

Thank you SO much for your time and picture. This REALLY helps with my genealogy research! Would you mind if I used the picture for my family research?

Also, noticedyou noted the plots, thank you. If you happened to take Russells picture, could you add it too? If not, I will request it. Thank you again. {Very much}

RE: Thanks
I believe the cemetery was called Fleming (after the founder), but it was located in the Fremont Township. I've been told that they use the name interchangeably (Fremont or Fleming).

My grandmother was Hazel Callahan. Her father was Daniel Callahan (which you referred to on your post). His parents were Patrick & Sarah Callahan. My parents recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Ireland so I had to dig up the family history.

Are you related to this group?
