I have been enjoying the hunt for relatives known and unknown since I retired in 2006. This casual hobby has turned into a passion, one that you must surely understand if you are here at Find A Grave!

Becky, a fellow researcher found out from a friend that Nell and husband Charley are alive and living in a retirement home here in Slaton. I am having trouble finding her grave location as the cemetery had a computer glitch and lost the complete roster of burials. I have a paper print out, but if Nell is still living, she may not be listed. If she is to be buried next to her husband (Brake) could you please tell me who her husband was. Perhaps I could find her that way. There are over 7,000 graves in Englewood, so I could possibly have overlooked her in my records. I also might be able to contact a person who originally surveyed the cemetery several years ago and see if he has records. Don't give up hope, I am still working on it. | | | Mary Casey
