I have been a genealogist since 1994, but only an active "graver" for the past few years. I have always used cemeteries for my own research, but only just started using my proximity to many cemeteries in Monroe, Livingston, and Genesee counties in New York to assist other researchers. I try to be aware of issues such as plot arrangement and grave proximity; when possible I will try to do general area surveys, not just get the photos requested and leave. I have helped find "lost" graves and relatives for others and hope to continue to help in this fashion.|
I am happy to transfer management of memorials for people I am not related to myself. This includes nearly all memorials under my care in the New York counties of Genesee and Monroe. I do general photographic surveys in area cemeteries and create memorials based on the photographs I take, although I often do additional research to find maiden names when possible. I am related to very, very few people in these counties, so chances are I will be willing to transfer.
Please indicate your relation to the person and I will be happy to transfer ownership if it meets Find a Grave guidelines. Requests for transfers without indication of relationship or without links to all graves requesting transfer will not be granted.

Thanks a lot for providing me with a picture of Caroline Blodgetts grave. I was concerned that I might have the wrong person since the bio said she was the wife of James and I was looking for the wife of Benjamin. Your picture clarified that I had the right person. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for fulfilling my photo request. I appreciate the time and effort you spent on my behalf. Thank you for being part of the F.A.G. community, helping to preserve headstones and connect families. I hope the day was beautiful for your cemetery walk.
Thank you for going out of your way to message me with the additional information.

Thank you for the gravesite photo from St. Vincent De Paul. I really appreciate your time spent locating it and explaining the unusual setting of the two cemeteries. May I have your permission to include your photo in my family tree?

|Ellen Herrmann||Many Thanks|
I really appreciate your taking the time to notify me of the separate identity of St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery. I have corrected both my memorial pages and my family tree. I can see where the two cemeteries, using the same address and street entrance would cause confusion. I would never have known that St. Vincent de Paul was a separate cemetery if you hadn't shared the information.

I was wondering if you could transfer me Andrew "Andy" Paquin". 134770398. He was my great uncle.
