|I have never really had an interest in genealogy until my great uncle sent me our Hanson family lineage. Since I'm a computer nut, I entered some of the data online and that was it. I have been "digging" from that point on. I think I enjoy the hunt and finding info for others more than entering data. I am surprised at the people I have been in contact with. It really is a small world.|
If I have made mistakes, please contact me so that I can correct them. I would also be glad to post obituaries if you have them. If you would like someone removed from my listings, please let me know.
You may use any of my photos as long as they will not be used "for profit."

James Carroll info is attached to James Leslie Carson. James Carson was a 9 year old child. The connection to Thurmond would be correct as that was his mothers maiden name.
No Carroll's in my family.
Of note, James Carson birth name was Longwell. The kids took Carson as it was their step-fathers name.

I am looking for a child in the cemetery. His name is James Longwell. His other was Etta Thurmond who married David Longwell. They divorced, and she married Isaac Carson. James died approximately April 1925 from a ruptured appendix. He could be buried as Carson or Longwell. I do not remember seeing him in the Thurmond Family area when I was in Sheridan over a year ago. Can you find any record or headstone for him, or know someone who could?
Otherwise hope all is well with you and that it warms up soon!!

A friend told me about this chance a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent edits to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. thanks!!! ~Peggy
New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you.
Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names / dates / places / plot #s.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section or do linking.
|kara baker||Thank you|
Thank you so much for your entry of my great-great grandmother, if you hadn't put in the added info regarding plot ownership and possible maiden name there wouldn't have been enough info to match her grave, death, married name to her!! We have been searching for years as to her story after 1903. And we're shocked to find her in Wyoming!

So sorry for the confusion. U transferred him to me but he is not my kin.. I removed the father posted as it is not his. I bet U get a lot of emails from ppl! I did correction emails for U for the two jones. would U rather have them posted here with their #, than in the correction emails? I dont' want to confuse U again..
Big hugs to U for the great effort U do! Barb

Wondering if you could link Harvey D Fryberger (47180104) to his parents: Harvey Ellsworth Fryberger (47180044) and Emma Stevens Fryberger (47181009) Thanks for linking the family together, Jen

Thanks for the transfer. I have added her obit and corrected a couple of mistakes in what I originally gave you. Hope to add another picture, after I talk to another relative.
