| Bio and Links | Researching genealogy for the ancestors of Deuese Lorenzo Johnson and Ethel A. Mackey Johnson. Names of primary research: Kitchens/Kitchings, Mackey(NC, GA, FL) Johnson (of FL, NC & SC), and Corn (NC, SC).
I have also recently begun researching my own family. Names of primary research: Knowles, Jackson, and Mitchell (in South AL, FL and GA). Also, Rizzo, Retz and Swisher (in MI, IL and IN).
Thank you to all contributors to FindAGrave and especially to those who have documented my family members unknowingly or by taking volunteer photos upon request. That is what makes this website such a good Genealogy tool. Connectiing family graves via the links and adding genealogy info to the memorials brings added interest and makes research easier on those that follow. Blessings to you all! | |

 | Nancy Kelly Kitchens Hi there, I am researching the Kitchens line for my husband and I noticed a death year for Nancy Kelly Kitchens of 1850, however, the 1860 census shows her still alive and with more children. I am wondering if you can tell me where the 1850 date comes from? | | | Janis Owens
 | Canadasier (Tanadasy) Troxell Jackson Hi, Tanadasy (or Canadasier, or C Jane) Troxell (on some documents Stroxdill) is my gggrandmother via Jackson>Johnson line. I have a good bit of information on her family in KY. Would be happy to share. I'll be in Geneva County visiting graveyards and family sites on Labor Day - if there is anything in particular you'd like photographed. Are you a Knowles by way of Ida Jackson Knowles? Do you know there is a picture of Ben and Candasier and Ida and her husband and children?

 | glazener genealogy Hi Tammy,
I am pleased to make your acquaintance and to help in any way I can. First, send me the names and info to like your husband to the Glazener line, then I will create a file and send that directly to you.
I have quite a bit of research on the family, including the immigrant ancestors.
There are two internet groups you might check into. There is a Facebook group: Searching The Glazener. This group is mostly younger folk not interested in genealogy but more connecting with Glazeners/Glazners on FB.
The second group is MountainKin. This group is dedicated to detailed family research on ALL the families that lived in Transylvania Co., NC. They are very helpful and about 500+ members strong.
Send your family info to my home email: karenobie@gmail.com
