RE: Catherine Blum name
The Find A Grave protocol when a woman has never married is for her maiden name to be placed in the last name field. The maiden name field is to be used only if a woman was married. I know it seems odd , but when you don't do it that way the woman can't be found in a regular search.

I can't address the dates issue you mentioned. When I look at the memorial, you do have the dates from the stone. I'm sorry if I suggested something else.

Hi, I am not sure what you wanted to convey to me as to Mary wife of Alfred. I do not maintain memorial for LuEtta M. or Colleen and Keith Richerson. Please advise. granny

the last time i was visiting the dam, i took some pictures. there are a couple of pictures that i have that are memorials for the workers who lost their life's, but none have their names listed. at least in the pictures that i currently have. if you would like to see and have copies of those 2 pictures i would be happy to e mail them to you if i had your e mail address.

BK Erwin
I did an online search for this name because his headstone is about 20 feet from my house up against a tree. All I can make out is B.K. Erwin, died ____ 1835. I'll do a rubbing tonight to see if I can make out more of it. I'm in Bates County, only 3 miles from the Cass County line.
Please let me know if you have any information that might be helpful. I think the second line reads 1y ___ mos ___ ds so perhaps he's a son?
