|Christine Masterson||RE: Thanks again.|
Seems to be something we need to take care of while we are living or we end up with an unmarked grave. My mother-in-law made us buy grave plots 37 years ago and I was not happy about her request until I found out 3 years ago that when we paid $600 for 2 plots they were now worth $1950 each! Since, I have bought my marker and need to finish out my wishes and not leave them undone.

No, she does not have a stone in the family plot. I added the family head stone for her. I think she died last so no stone was placed for her?

Just signed up and I'm not sure how to find your tree. My user name is "boutiqueman" on that site. How do I find your info?
|andy gordon||RE: Anthony and Bridget O'Hora|
Thanks for the info. I will definitely check out Ancestry.com. I'm fairly new at this game so I appreciate the tip!
I found the obit for Robert McGill on Find a Grave and went on to Facebook to see if any of his kids were there. I found one, Maureen McGill Breunig, and sent her a message. My mother, Patty, seems to think they met sometime in the 1960s.
My grandma always spoke so fondly of her cousins, the McGills, and of the McNultys. I have a photo of grandma and her brother Tom with "Aunt Bid" and "Uncle Tony" McNulty(as she called them)taken in Avoca when she was a teenager. I also have a photo of Anthony and Bridget O'Hora's grave marker and I'm pretty sure some photos of the McGill sisters.
How do you fit into the McGill clan?
I will start organizing my photos and hopefully get them onto the sites as soon as possible.
I also have a trip to Avoca planned this summer with my Aunt Nancy to take some photos of the markers.
Very glad to have made contact with you. Hope to hear from you soon and often! Take care!

My name is Andy Gordon. I am the grandson of Jean O'Hora who was the daughter of Clarence O'Hora who was the son of Thomas O'Hora who I believe was the son of Anthony O'Hora. I know Thomas had a sister named Sarah who married into the McNulty family and it is through her that I am connected to McNultys and McGills. I am wondering if you are a relative of the same McGills that I heard of from my grandma.
I've been trying to find info on Anthony and Bridget O'Hora and any relatives they had who remained in Pennsylvania after they had moved to Wisconsin. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Michelle I'm on a mission to link all our relatives graves together.
Could you link Anna Menigoz Garvoille Find A Grave Memorial# 65604080 to her parents?

Thanks for updating Mayme's memorial. Where did you get her mother's maiden name?
|Jan||Henrich (Henry) Beil|
Hi Michelle -
I note that you requested a photo of the tombstone of my great, great, great, great, grandfather Henrich (Henry) Beil, bdate of 2/9/1753 in the St. John's Cemetery, Delaware Twsp, Mercer Co, PA. Having looked there at length for that stone because I did not recall his being in Mercer County, I looked back at two of the references I have (two separate family tree compilations). In the Beil Family by Thomas H. Beil, dated June 1, 1992, there is a lenghthy section on Heinrich (Henry)Beil b. 22/9/1752 d. 12/16/1834. There are pictures of his tombstone in the Howertown St. John's Cemetery in Allen Township, Northhampton County. I am not sure what the source was for the entry in the Delaware Twsp St. John's but think it unlikely that there is a Henrich Beil buried there. If you can share any info with me, I would surely appreciate it.
