Elizabeth Ciesielski MARIE THANKS FOR THE INFO ON ELIZABETH CIESIELSKI. HER GRANDSON (WHO IS MY BROTHER-LAW GAVE ME THE INFORMATION.) NOW HOW DO I CORRECT MY MISTAKE? MY E-MAIL IS firstname.lastname@example.org. THANKS FOR ANY HELP. JACKIE
Lucas Felton Edenfield I got the message that Lucas Felton Edenfield died too recently to be buried in the cemetery and he is not in the cemetery index. I'll have to contact the person who created the memorial and ask her where she got the information. I'm finding out by requesting photos of memorials that have none, it appears many of our deceased relatives are not buried in the cemeteries listed on the memorials (some even have 2 memorials with a different cemetery on each one). Thank you for your help.
THANK YOU! Dear Marie, I can't thank you enough for taking the photo of Ella Wharton's headstone. This means so much to actually see her final resting place. From her headstone, I now know when she was born. Thank you, thank you!
Comment on Ayres Brooks Hodnett I just viewed the memorial called Ayres Brooks Hodnett. (82422708) I saw your comment about him not being buried there. Do you have any suggestions as to where he may be? I want to be particularly careful with anything I add to my personal tree on this fellow. I see people questioning middle name, dob, dod, and location of burial.
Hodnett I'm sorry, it was Sarah Frances Hodnett who married Rance O'Neal. They had an infant son who was buried at Long Cane Cemetery next to his grandparents, whose graves I just noticed that you maintain. (#62351359)
RE: Mary Hodnett Taylor Hi, Marie! I'm so happy that you were excited to see the picture. That picture, and the one of her husband, was among a collection of pictures from my great-grandmother, Leila Williams O'Neal. I don't really know who Mary Hodnett Taylor is or how she might have been related to my great-grandmother. I think it is because she is related to Dr. Tom Taylor, who married my g-grandmother's aunt, Lizzie Williams Taylor. A lot of the pictures in that collection appear to have been passed down from Lizzie.
I also know that my great-grandfather's brother, Rance O'Neal, married a Hodnett. I think her name was Mary. That's as much as I know about the Hodnetts. I doubt there are any other Hodnett pictures in that collection since the one was probably only there because of her marriage to a Taylor. I sure do wish I could send them all to you so you could look!
I have posted several of the pictures of people whom I was able to identify. I posted them for just this reason, in the hope that somebody would be researching that person and would be excited to see a picture. So far you are the second person to message me who was excited to see a picture. I think that's just awesome!
