Moving Photo of Elva and William
Would you please remove the photo? I appreciated it very much but I have one of mother she would prefer to have showing in first place. (It was not a favorite of hers.) If you like, I could repost yours but in another position among other photos we have of them. Thanks. Hope you write.

Seldon's
Hi,

I had created memorials for Thomas (60719878) and Lola (60719567) Seldon but then saw you had them as Burial Unknowns, so I deleted mine.

You should move them to First Presbyterian Church Columbarium (2294323) which is in Minnesota, Olmsted county, Rochester. Once you have them moved I can add their marker pictures. Thanks.

Steve

Please delete my last two messages.
Please edit or delete the last two messages I left. My comments were entirely premature. I am new to the site after several years. I can see everything I was trying to say, you have already covered it beautifully in the Find-A-Grave Website. All anyone needs to do is enter the name Seldon into the Canadian Cemeteries. I should have sent you a private message. I will do so now. Thanks for doing a terrific job with the Seldon Genealogies. You're appreciated!

Janet and Ruth
Hello! Lesley would know best. She has documented research. As I recall, Janet was the daughter of the Arthur and Emma Wilkinson, Tobacco Farmers in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada. (Janet was killed in the 40s or 50s in a train accident in Canada. I recall her father showing my dad and me her teeth he found by the railroad tracks. He wore them as a neckless.) Emma was a Seldon, and one of seven or more children. George (a well known surgeon in Van Cover, B.C., Harry (Chief of Anths. at Mayo's in Rochester, MN, for over 25 years. Thomas Harry, was born in 1905 the same year as his cousin, William George Seldon. Annie Seldon was well known in Ingersol, and it's Township County Clerk. (She was almost the wife of Prime Minister McKinsey King, however, she declined the proposal.) William John (Ontario Road Commisioner) and Maria (pronounced Mah-Ri-Ah). She was married to a man in Kitchener, Ontario, by the name of Doerr. They owned Doerr's Chocolate Factory. Arthur Seldon, another brother, owned the big dairy farm in Ingersol. The other sibblings are not coming to mind right now. The father is Arthur Seldon, he preceeded his daughter Annie as the Township County Clerk in Ingersol for decades. HIS brother George was the Mayor of Ingersol and an Apple Exporter who traveled all over the world. There magnificent home is now a B&B. Hope this helps. But like I said, Lesley has it all, and her information will be more precise than mine. I would look it up in the book she sent me, but I have misplaced it. Her work is outstanding–– a great service to the Seldon Family. Please write if I can be of help.
