I was born and raised in South Carolina, but moved to Europe in 2007 to marry the love of my life. We now live in Northern Germany with two crazy cats and a constant crosswind.
My grandmother got me interested in family history about 12 years ago, and graciously allowed me to be the keeper of her research.. she had been tracing our roots for over 30 years.
Now that she has passed on, I have become the Family Historian and the keeper of records. It is a life-long journey that continues to fascinate, amaze and sometimes puzzle me.. but the path has taught me the value of patience and perseverance - both valuable life lessons.
I have expanded the foundations of my grandmother's research over the years, and now have a large database that grows ever larger! If anyone is interested in my family branches, I will be happy to share and exchange information.

Murray's is spelled correct McLaughlin on the stone...but you have his memorial spelled McLauglin.
Claude's memorial you have spelled McLauglin...the stone says McLauhlin...and yes I believe yes both are incorrect and should be McLaughlin.
Anyways, Murray should be McLaughlin...and eveither way you want Claude, McLauhlin or McLaughlin ...it shouldn't be McLauglin.
