Edward Rouzie & Fannie Carmichale Coates
Hi. My ancestor, May Emily Bessire, was married to Jordan Tyler Lyell Coates who is a brother of Edward Rouzie Coates, for which you have created a memorial. Are you related to the Coates family? If so, I would love to get any pictures or stories that would involved JTL (150313474) and May Bessire Coates (150313571). I added a picture to JTL's memorial today as well as linked him to parents John B. Coates & Elizabeth Rouzie Coates. I would be happy to share what information I have on JTL's line if you are interested.

Johnson Cemetery, Macon County, Missouri location
Judy, I am probably wrong about the Chrisman's in Johnson Cem., Chariton Co., MO. I've 're-studied' the map, and I may have it wrong, but when you have minute (I know-- when is THAT? You have to be one busy person to do Find a Grave!) But, my record doesn't say ABSOLUTELY, that James & Dora are in Chariton Co.--just because all the other family is.
My apologies! Ruth L.

Johnson Cemetery, Macon County, Missouri location
I notice that there are two 'Johnson' Cemetery entries in neighboring Chariton and Macon Counties in Missouri.
My family is in Johnson Cemetery, Chariton County, Missouri where I have visited numerous times. I don't believe there is a Johnson Cemetery in Macon County, Missouri. Johnson cemetery is located on the border (across the road) from Macon County according to my township maps of both counties.

Specifically, I refer to the entry for James R. Chrisman whose stone is in Johnson Cemetery, Chariton Co., MO, not Macon Co., MO. He is buried by his first wife Dora Smith Chrisman.

I don't know if this is a duplicate entry for the cemetery or just for John and his wife Dora.

All of you who undertake these Find A Grave entries do a tremendous job-an huge undertaking --. I appreciate so much your devotion to the project.
Hope I've helped and not confused. Have a Happy Christmas and great New Year. Ruth Lewis Lepper

Hi Judy, I'm Sarah Lewis, daughter-in-law of Doris. I sent a request for a correction for her birth place. I have a copy of her birth certificate. Thanks so much!

I will be happy to post the headstone photo to your memorial and then will delete my memorial. Have a wonderful day.

I created the memorial at St Michael's as that is where I took the headstone photo at.
