Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but left in 1968 to see the world in the navy. Finally retired in southwest Florida, after living in Rhode Island, South Carolina, Maine, Massachusetts & Virginia. I have been interested in genealogy for over 40 years, and have worked on family trees for myself, my wife, and all of our children's in-laws.|

While doing research on my cousin found the burial location of Charles P. Bost his son. I have already sent edits to connect him to his parents.
Grave location is Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
I also post unknown burials of my family when I have all of the other information and so glad you posted Charles, I might not have found him otherwise.
Again my thanks,

I added some information to Ernest's memorial. I am sorry that I pushed the picture of the stone out of view. This information was provided to me by his son, Richard, a number of years ago.

In some work I was doing for one of my projects, I came across a photo of your James Patterson. It is a photo provided in a news article from the Plain Dealer in Cleveland, OH, dated 4-22-1969. It is very grainy, but if you would like me to email it to you I will.

I believe I've fulfilled photo requests for you before. I wondered if it's okay if I get photos for memorial pages of veterans you have in Holy Cross (Brook Park) and add them. First one I came across was PFC Robert James Scheely #23530193. His is the first one I'll get, then I'll start at the beginning of your list. I already have their grave locations. If there are not a lot of requests, I can then do your other memorial pages that do not have marker photos. Sound good? Last but not least, THANK YOU for serving our great country!

Hi Mr. Andersen,
I'm guessing that you are related to the Gannon family, as you've added several records for them here. I was wondering whether you had any further information about Alice Gannon Cunningham and John Cunningham, or know of any photos of them. John (known as Jack) was a brother of my great-grandmother Nellie Cunningham Murphy and my search for him (he left home and lost touch with the family) began my interest in family history and my research 19 years ago. I know that Alice sadly died very young as did their baby daughter. I'm on my way back from a conference in Cleveland, where I finally was able to view and copy their death certificates and some city directory entries at the Cleveland Public Library. I believe that John may be the John Cunningham who died the same week as Alice Draper Gannon in 1946 and is buried at Calvary, but I'm not sure. If you have any more information about this, please let me know. Even if you have no more than I do, I wanted to say hello and thank you for posting these memorials.
