Hello again Mary,
Please post the photo of the grave marker for Edgar LeCompte on the memorial for his mother, Caroline 71224542. Thanks, her name is on the marker too.

|John Reeder||Edit information|
I sent the following edit information and a transfer request for my cousin Edgar.
If you would care to transfer management of my cousin, I would appreciate it, but here is edit information:
Edgar Wrightson LECOMPTE
Birth 16 NOV 1875 in Salem, Dorchester, Maryland
Death 08 APR 1946 in Baltimore, Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland
Links to family:
I am not so interested in transfering Edgar as I am in getting family links and birth/death information entered on the memorial.
John LeCompte Reeder
I don't know how interested you are in McLewee at Mt Carmel but I thought I'd let you know that I dug way back and found one in the brush and added it. Hope you want it. :-)
|MN||Issac Mayo Norris|
Mary, thank you for your efforts as it relates to Washington and Jane Sands.
I will check some of my files because I believe there may be the name "Stafford" which is also somehow related to my family.
Thanks again for looking again for Issac Mayo Norris' headstone on another visit

|aspring||RE: Mount Carmel/Haupt|
We went to Mount Carmel on February 20. In my opinion it was in the most horrible condition that I have ever seen a cemetery. Mount Aubron came to mind. It was the first time in over 20 years that I have been there. Though I hear that the condition of Mt. Carmel has improved since this past fall.
I am sorry I do no recall what area I found the Haupt stone. We just took several overal pictures and a few stone shots while we walked around.
I'll e-mail you the link to my online album with general overal pictures of Mt. Carmel.

there are a few of us that can work Mt. Carmel for pictures of headstones...
You might want to check the names to see if they are already in from some the folke that just walked the cemetery and took pictures... I noticed Wallis is in twice...
I was at the Historical Society today and they had the records for Mt Carmel, so I copied them if you don't already have them.
Also, are you aware that there are Haupt's at Western Cemetery? I found one stone in Section K. It's a large family plot kind of stone, but it doesn't have any other names or dates.

Are you local? I'll go over and walk it, if you haven't yourself. If you've already been there it doesn't make sense for me to repeat what you've done.
I drove through a few weeks ago and was appalled at how overgrown it is. Then some guy sent me several notes telling me how helpful the staff is. Read the notes to me from "Robbie". There is nothing he can say that will change my mind about the whole thing.
Anyway, looking at the ariel map, it looks like Section Y is fairly clear right now... at least for right now.
