 | RE: Speedsville Photo's... Tamara, Thanks for your prompt reply. I am so sorry to be so dumb, about the weather. I live in Florida, and was totally unthinking about the snow. Whenever you can, when ever it is convenient for you, it would be greatly appreciated. I know that your area was given lots of snow, in the past few weeks, so I hope that you enjoy skiing. We have budding trees, and azaleas blooming early, and my orange tree is in full bloom to produce about two or three hundred oranges for Christmas. If you come our way, let me know and I Pick some in December. Mary Byron. Genealogy Reseacher for Debra Freeland Davey. The tombstone is her ancestor. | | | Mary Byron
 | Tamara Please let me know if you take pictures of graves at the Speedsville Cemetery, Speedsville, Tompkins County, NY. I need a picture of the grave showing the birth and death date, for my application to the DAR on John Raymond Patch.. He is buried in that cemetery. I would like to have you send it to my e-mail if possible. Debra Freeland Davey ddavey9743@comcast.net
If you can not do this easily, but you know who works on the "Find a Grave Site" I would appreciate the information. Your truly, Debra Freeland Davey great great great granddaughter of John Raymond Patch - 1878 to 1912. | | | Lois Palecek

You have been so good to me Tamara! Above is a link to Mac Tudor, or if you google Virgil Snyder Bio. it will come up. He was a world famous Cornell Math Professor from Ithaca. He is buried in East Lawn and had two sons,Norman and Herbert J. They could be alive or their children would be. You can check out my blog at williamthompsonhowell.blogspot.com The Hudson Highlands Revisited, scroll down to see the page on Snyder. Since Mr. Snyder and Mr.Howell were friends, I thought the Snyders might have pictures/correspondence between the two. I may have some pictures for the family as well. Since you posted in find a grave, I thoght you might be from the area and could ask around.. Again thanks! Rich Vacek | | | richard vacek
