 | Andrew J. Consley Mc McKillip:
Thanks for your quick response. I apologize for making you look this up. It seems that I had the wrong Andrew J. Consley in mind. The one I wrote about is indeed Thomas's son and was born in 1813, but his brother Samuel Consley has a son named Andrew Jackson Consley, who is the one born in 1843. I needed to check a little more closely; if I had done so, I would have seen that I had tracked the younger Andrew not just through the censuses that you mention but also through the 1880 census and then his wife through 1910, 1920, and 1930. | | | Gayla White
 | Nelsons in Mt Olive Cemetery I have been researching my genealogy since 1980, but could only find limited information on My maternal grandmother's family, Ashville from Thraxton Switch, Va in Bedford County until last month when I heard from cousin Marion Nelson, daughter of Mary Ellen Ashville Nelson (45757727). I have not yet located any other Ashvilles thru Find A Grave.
I have added Curtis Eugene Nelson, Sr and have linked all that I know except Curtis Eugene Nelson, Jr (45757702).
I would like the above two transferred to me so that I can make additions as I find them.
Thank You | | | Amanda Bishop Burns

 | Info My father served in the 712th Tank Bn in WWII with Horace L. Dunman. For the last several years I have been assisting the 712th Assoc. with locating the graves of its members who were killed in action. Later this expanded in finding the graves of all members or their current location if still living. The only info we had on Horace Dunman was that he was from Rocky Mount, that he was a replacement and was wounded prior to the end of the war (seriously enough so as to not return to the 712th). Do you have any info on Horace (rank, serial no. etc. that may be available from a local historical club or veterans association)? Thanks
