Whaley family
Do you have a local Whaley family member who has records of the family before they came to FL? My family had relatives from NC who married Thigpens then into the Lewis family in N Fl and S Ga.

Whaley Cemetery
Do you happen to have the GPS coordinates for the Whaley Cemetery in Wakulla County? My ancestors are buried there (matrilineal line) and I would very much like to visit, pay respects and take a picture of my 5th great grandparents' graves. I would be greatly appreciative of any info you can give me. Thanks!

yoder grave
I am puzzled by this grave. There is a Robert Yoder b. unknown d. 1929 in oldfield cemetery, then there is this one, but there is no cemetery listed. are they the same grave. They were put on the internet within a month of each other.

RE: Ila Crews Phillips
No. Not directly. My Mother was a Crews on both sides and we all end up back at Alexander. Myself through Micajah and Ila through Bryant C. and Nancy Jones. Ila's Father is kind of our brick wall in Brantley County. We know his Father was Samuel C. Crews, we have no idea who Richard's Mother was. The Brantley County Historical Society has a cemetery book that it publishes from time to time and Find-A-Grave is a tremendous help toward that end. I thank you very much for linking these for us and you bet we'd like to hear from you if you have Ila's Paternal Grandmother's name. Thanks!

Wakulla County cemeteries
The similarity is uncanny and the fact that there are Rakers in the Duggar Cemetery and Duggars in the Raker Cemetery just makes it even harder to keep them straight! Wakulla County genealogy is so interesting, really keeps the old brain working! Thanks for your great additions to findagrave.

RE: St. Elizabeth Anne Seton
I tried to do so, perhaps since you are the Historical Society they will believe you. Lately, I have not been able to get anything corrected. I have tried for 3 months to get St. Elizabeth corrected.

One of these email addresses should get you some acknowledgment.
