Take a closer look at the headstone photo please. The wife's name is: "Sarah Ann" not as you had indicated, Sarah Lucy Phillips Fish.
James re-married after his first wife, Jane Lucy Phillips, died to:
"Sarah Sallie Ann Elkins" born: Jun 1840 in Jackson Co., IN. to Jesse & Matilda Rogers Elkins. (She used "Sallie" as her given name in the census records in her younger years.) And I believe the headstone reads either 1915 or 1916 for the year of death, not the date you indicated in the above memorial, if you enlarge the photo you can see the date a little better perhaps.
This is easily researched on Ancestry. The marriage record is on the Mormon site listed below. They did not have any living children together.
James A. Fish's daughter, Phoebe, was living with James and Sarah Ann in the 1900 Census and her age indicates that James had been married before he married Sarah Ann Elkins.
So, please correct the memorial if you can. Thank you.

I think you may have this person in the wrong cemetery. There is a Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Fayetteville, Indiana and a Mount Pleasant Christian Cemetery northeast of Bedford. The picture of the sign announcing the name of the cemetery is for the cemetery northeast of Bedford, not this cemetery. Are you confused? I have found that there are several misplacements of memorials due to the same named cemeteries in Lawrence County. I thought perhaps since your name was Fish, you knew for certain where this person is buried, near Fayetteville, west of Bedford, or in the other named cemetery, northeast of Bedford.
