 | John Moore Hartley Hello, I think you have the wrong John Moore Hartley for your cemetery in New Lenentine Cmty. The John M. who is brother to Captain James Hartley is actually buried in the Old Richmond Cmty in Ontario that you will find on a find a grave search. James Hartley named one of his sons after this brother John M. who was b. 1818 in Southampton and d. 23 Aug 1889 in Southampton. Maybe this is the John Moore Hartley in New Lenentine. Please let me know what you think. Thank you Jean Rahmanian rahmanian99@hotmail.com Ancestry.com tree Turner Marshall Johnson etc where I have extensive information on the Hartleys. | RE: Thanks Carla, If I may ask, do you know who Mary Isabels second husband is? I saw on the ancestry family tree that she was listed as married to Samson prior to coming to Oregon, but in the 1900 census she is still a Miller and in 1910 listed as a Samson, but widowed.
I manage the majority of the cemeteries in Columbia County and have no record of another Samson death.
I am also very curious as to what would posses a women to leave her family and move to Oregon with her twin babies. I saw that there was a document discussing it, but it was private.
You can write me back privately stevensm @ yahoo . com

 | Welcome Back Hi Carla,
Thank you for writing back. I am updating Hugh Miller's memorial now and will ask Samuel Barrett to post his gravestone photo to it. There are some more Millers buried in that cemetery, so will turn his memorial for Hugh Miller into one of them.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper Sidney, Maine | | | Tim & Grace
 | Hugh Miller buried in Blaine, Maine Hi Carla,
Hugh Miller is buried in Robinson Cemetery AKA: Sanborn Cemetery in Blaine, Aroostook County, Maine with his wife Miriam. I have her memorial linked to his, so you should be able to "move" him to the correct cemetery. If you need help doing this you could transfer the memorial to me and I can "move" it to the correct cemetery for you. My findagrave contributor ID# is: 46907821
Sincerely, Tim Cooper Sidney, Maine 04330 Live Long and Prosper \V/, | | | DianeY
 | RE: Ira Miller Hi there - are you referring to the Ira Miller buried in Canada? (There are a couple Ira Millers in my tree!) -- we can't request photos from Canada yet, hopefully that will come soon!
Are we related, by chance? This Ira Miller is my 3rd great grand uncle (his brother, George, is my 3x grandfather).
All the best, DianeAdded by DianeY on Nov 15, 2010 11:21 PM | | | | [View all messages...] |
