Victor Edenso
Hello, I'm a bit puzzled by the information you sent me recently. Does that headstone represent both Jr. and Sr. Edenso? I copied and pasted the info you sent to that listing and noted you as its source in the event that questions arise in the future. I'm not related . . . I was traveling in the area and can never resist taking photos of headstones. Ann Koch

John Weinzinger, Sr
Hi! Thank you for the info and I just updated the memorial for John Graydon Weinzinger, Sr. I wouldn't mind transfering the memorial to you if you'd like. I see there are three other Weinzinger's buried in Colorado Springs if you have info for them and/or would like them transfered too! Just let me know!

Markers
I have Peter Jensen Marker's birth year as 1839, and I know that that date came from the Twigs and Branches of Roland and Hannah Askew Braithwaite book, so it is a secondary source. However, I have found a few things that the book definately had wrong. I don't know where Uncle Laurance got the date for the headstone. I have not worked on that verification yet. I did not have the town of his birth. What was your source for that information?

I have the same information that you do for James Peter Marker. Although I have found a few referances to his middle name as Peterson. Again I have not yet worked on this verification.

Isabell (my great great grandmother) was Floyd's sister. When I told Mom you were in Oregon, she thought that Floyd may be the connection. I don't have any information on Floyd other than what is in the book. Do you have dates for the children? Do you know when and where he married each of his wives?

I need to call Faye (Uncle Laurance's daughter) and find out when the next Marker reunion is going to be. I'll put you on my list of people to let know if you would like. I have found a pair of cousins here in Rexburg, Idaho who would like to come too. They are desended from Peter Jensen and Abigail Woolsey Marker too. I forget just how.

I would love to have pictures of the headstones! I have some other pictures I am happy to share. I think I have pictures of Marker graves in Dry Creek Cemetery, and I have one for Sugar City Cemetery too. If you look at the Smith Prairie Cemetery again, you'll see Grandma just passed away. I am trying to get things in order after the mad rush to finish her life story before she died, and I still have things I have to add to it. I'll get her straighted out this weekend...hopefully. Then I'll sort pictures.

Your cousin,
Angela

Smith Prairie Request
I thought I had a picture of great great grandpa's grave marker, but I couldn't locate it in my files or Mom's. Appearently it is one I need to take this summer when I go document grandma's headstone. The marker was placed arbitrarily by Great Uncle Laurance Davison before he died. The old cemetery records were burned acciedentally by someone unaware that the records were in the school board minutes, and it had not been marked before. I beilve the information on the stone is at odds with other documentation I have. My great grandmother was Isabella Marker Davison. How are you related? Do you ever attend the Marker family reunions? I can't wait for the next one!
