Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi,
My name is Catherine. I became interested in family history in 2002. One of my younger cousins died, and after his funeral several family members were discussing our family and we realized that we did not know a lot about our heritage.

Since that time I have gathered a lot of info. and pics. It has become important to me to know everyone's final resting place. I am grateful to F.A.G. for providing a place to preserve and share my research. Also, I want to thank the many kind people that have taken pics for me.

Family names are Byard, Cox, Crowder, Dixon, Rollins, Kendall and Kerns.

If you have additional info or corrections for anyone that I have listed please notify me.

I found which cemetery Violet was buried in, so if you can change burial unknown, we may be able to get someone to get a photo. 6.[S545] Cemetery Readings: Heavner Cemetery Readings, Including: Old Babtist, Carper, Catholic Sisters, Buckhannon Memorial Park, Upshur County Historical Society, 2001, p. 80, Memorial Park at Heavner, Lot # 37A

Regarding Louisa Dixson
Hi Cat! =^..^=

Do you happen to know if the Louisa Dixson that you have listed (findagrave # 40554452) was married to 1st husband: Richard D. Winters and 2nd husband: Jasper Newton Dixson? If so, it would be my GGG-grandmother.. except that I can't locate the "Banks" maiden name. I always thought her maiden name was Redden? Thanks for any info! I was thinking I put a note on the right person.. now I'm not so sure. :0/

Maysel Kendall Jarvis
Here is the memorial number for Maysel (Macie's twin). Macie married Russell Jarvis after her sister died and she divorced Gerald Short. This is the last of Francis and Bertha Kendall's children. 103071781.

Thank you

RE: Dixon
Yes, we probably are, the one who can really be of help to you with the Dixon's in Texas, is the guy who place the death certificate for Eugenia. he is George Dixon, we have worked together about 3 yrs on the Dixon's. He is a great source. Click on his name and leave him a message. Our lines come from Matthew Dixon, NC, then TN, then AR. George comes from Matthew's son Thomas and I come from Matthew's son Harry Dixon. We both have quite a lot of history. Thanks for contacting me. genealogist.

RE: Dixon
Thanks Cat for checking on Eugenia, not sure but hope she's there, if not possibly a different cemetery, but I got it from the death certificate that is posted. Yes, I'm related to many of the ones I've posted on my page. Thanks, Genealogist
