Victor Cook is a duplicate, yours is a later date entry.
|Larry Boyd||RE: Chaney Memorials|
Thanks! I have transferred those 3 memorials to you. If there are any other Chaney's you want, let me know.
|Scott ||RE: Maria Benben|
Many thanks for making the change.
Unfortunately, I am not the Scott you are thinking of, but we are related and I am very much interested in family history. I am a great-grandson of Maria Benben's daughter Elizabeth Greenwalt.
I live just a short distance from Valley County -perhaps I could do some checking into the Sophia Benben you mentioned.
Thanks once again!

Maria Benben appears to be listed in the Elyria Cemetery. She is actually buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Elyria. Could she be listed under St. Mary's instead? (The Elyria Cemetery is on the hill southwest of the church cemetery and largely abandoned over the years).

I wanted to let you know I added a personal photo for Vincent Joseph Suchanek & Marie Blaha Suchanek. I also wanted to give you the correct date of birth for Vincent. He was born 24 May 1862 in Kraj Caslov Zerisice, Bohemia. He married Marie Blaha on 11 Feb 1889 in the Warsaw Catholic Church, Warsaw, Howard County, Nebraska. He died 13 Nov 1951 in Ord, Valley County, Nebraska. Vincent immigrated to the United States through the port of New York on 10 Apr 1875 at the age of 9. He traveled on the S/S Mosel leaving the port of Bremen, Germany. FYI he is the great grandfather of my husband, Larry J. Hunt.

I wanted to thank you for your time and effort in locating the headstone of Benjamin Redlon; it is much appreciated!! No, Hannah is not buried in this cemetery. She went back to Wisconsin following the death of Benjamin. However, it was a surprise to find Elizabeth and Nathaniel K Redlon. The family was looking all over Wisconsin for them! Thanks for this piece of news. I have added pages for them to Findagrave.com if you took their headstone photos, if not, I will post a request.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could correct what you added to the caption of Benjamin's photo. I have had several people look at the photo and we all agree the headstone reads: Jan 19, 1803 and Feb 6, 1883, the only place that we can see that there may be a difference is the 1883 could be 1853. But this can't be correct since he didn't go to Nebraska until after 1870.
