memorial number 32575216 do you know his children
Hi, Debi--I have recently discovered the Butler College (now university) composite of the Class of 1887 including a photograph of Arthur Warren Shoemaker (erronenously spelled Schoemaker on the composite). He was the oldest child of William A. Shoemaker and his wife Maria Rebecca Stewart, daughter of James and Drusilla Stewart, I believe. The censuses show Arthur Warren Shoemaker to have been a lifelong farmer in Salem Township, Delaware County, IN (near Daleville but once P. O. New Burlington). In one census it said he had a fruit farm. A history of Delaware County also identifies him as a one time minister at the Christian Church in Daleville of which Jonas Shoemaker, his grandfather, was a founder. The composite has been replicated and will be dedicated at Butler University Founder's Day in February, 2016. We would love to invite some descendants to the ceremony and to have more info about Arthur for the program, if you know anything or can put me in touch with someone who does. Thanks. --Maribeth Zay Fischer, Indianapolis, email@example.com

|Ronald Hyer||Agnes Richman|
Agnes was the daughter of Harland H. Wiggins
and Josephine Shepherd.Josephine was a sister
of my great grandmother,Melissa(Shepherd)Morris.
I am currently compiling all of the descendants
of Richard Shepherd and Mary"Polly"Emily Pitts.
I am trying to find the exact birth and death
dates for Agnes(also where she died and an obit).
If you are able to assist on this matter,I'd
appreciate it very much.
Have you done research on Rebecca Miller Coffman's line? I am trying to piece together George and Rachel Shoemaker Miller's children. I don't know if I have all of them and the correct dates.
Our Abraham Miller is the brother of Rebecca Miller Coffman.

I'm not related, but it looks like you are. It's possible that one of the Richmans you put up is the adoptive parent of my wife's brother (she's also adopted).

I was double-checking corrections that I had sent under the new system and found many were not processed. I don't know if you know about the new EDITS tab to the right of your name. If you click on it, it shows pending edits received through this new system. If you agree to make the changes, click the button at the bottom. Thanks.

|Josh||RE: Richman family tree|
Thank you very much. That was going to be my other assumption (them being from Germany) given the last name. So that is very interesting to me. And this is everything you know? I'm sorry, I'm just itching for as much information as possible. Aside from my grandmother I don't know anything about the history of the Richman (or Reichman) family. It means a lot to me to try to figure it out.

|Josh||Richman family tree|
Hello, I was curious about Henry Richman's mother and father Listed as Henry and Elizabeth "Reichman." I wasn't sure if that was supposed to be "Richman" or if there was possibly a slight name change at some point in the family. And also, do you have an further information from there? I seemed to have come to a dead end at that point. Your help would be greatly appreciated. He is my Great grandfather five generations down.
