Yes, I live in Fulton. I don't know any Castles but I do know some Dunavants. Don't know if they'd be related to you. There's so many of them around here! If there's anything I can do to help you please don't hesitate to ask!

I'm not personally related, but my wife is. Rena was my wife's first cousin once removed. Don't live in the Bootheel, but the In-Laws do. We get down that way every couple of months and I try and do some cemetery shots as there doesn't seem to be a lot of FAGers down that way, at least not that far down in the Bootheel anyway.
Was actually down in Portageville trying to unravel some mysteries regarding the wife's grand aunt and uncle (Rena's parents). My MIL's family is/was very tight lipped about the family history. It's a bit of a joke that I know more about my MIL's family then she does - LOL! MIL knows she's related to the Hoggards, but says she doesn't know how. I have to keep explaining things...

Hi Patty! Just saw your note on my contributor page. Rena, her husband Robert, and son Coy were killed in seperate accidents. Rena and Coy were together, Robert in another accident. If you look at the death certificates, Robert's accident was at 3:30PM and Rena and Coys's at 6:00 PM. All were on US 61. What I don't understand about the accident is why Rena was taken to Ste Genevieve. Coy was taken to Perryville, where there is a very good hospital. If Rena was injured more then Coy, she should have been taken to Cape Girardeau, where there are even better facilities, not taken north. The hospital at Ste Genevieve would have been a worse choice then transporting her to either Perryville or Cape.

I am related to both sides. My great grandfather was Pinkney Richardson and My great grandmother was Lucy Sawyer.
