Uncle Anton's Memorial
I also just finally found the youngest Bruno's death certificate, so you can put :: Brunislawa "Bruno" Wysocki 1907-1908 :: for him instead... thanks so much!!! Sorry for all the updates. Hope you are having fun visiting your sister!

Ack! The code didn't work properly for Bruno and Helen, let me try this again!

For Bruno:
< a href="">Bruno Richard Wysocki 1921-2014< /a>

For Helen:
< a href="">Helen Agnes Wysocki 1915-2006< /a>

You will need to remove the space between < and a at the beginning, as well as the space between the < and / at the end. The spaces were added here to actually show you the code. And hopefully I got them right this time so you can see it properly. Thanks again! I really appreciate it!!!

RE: Uncle Anton's Memorial
Yes, I have been researching the family a bunch lately. I have a public family tree at that might help. I'm still searching hard for the info for their parents. On my grandmothers papers (birth certificate, baptism, first communion, high school, and trade school paperwork, etc.) her last name was different on almost every single document. Some of the spellings were only small changes like Wysocki to Wisocki or Wysocky, but others are quite different like the church records that have Visostky as her last name. And I have found at least three different spellings for their mother Sophie or Sophia or Sofia's last name as well. The oldest brother, John, changed his last name legally to Frances at some point as well according to my mother.

And yes, tracking down the records from the late 1800's in Poland has been extremely frustrating! But feel free to check out the family tree I made. I believe it is accessible as I made it a public tree in hopes of connecting with other family members, and maybe it will help provide you a few clues. If it's not accessible let me know, and I can email the info to you instead.

Here is the link to his direct page: And here is the link to my tree: I'm not sure which one will get you there easier.

This is the info I'd like to add to his memorial. You'll have to remove the spaces in the html code right before the first a and right after the last a next to the "<" or the ">" character to make the code read correctly in the siblings section. (Hopefully that made sense!)

OK, here we go!

For the name can you add "Tony" to the first name (which he went by to the family) and J. to the middle name.

And then include this info the biography section:

Antoni "Tony" J. Wysocki was born on July 12, 1923, in Cook, Illinois to his father, Jan (John)who was 44, and his mother, Sophie who was 39. He had four brothers and three sisters. He enlisted and served Army during WWII. He died on February 24, 2002, at the age of 78.

John(Jan) Vincent Wysocki 1878-(before 1950)
Sophie Zitlevik Wysocki 1884/5-Unknown

Bruno Wysocki (Dates Unknown - died very young)
John Wysocki/Frances 1904-Unknown
Anne Wysocki 1911-Unknown
Veronica Wysocki Jaklinsky 1912-1987
< a href="">Helen Agnes Wysocki Pilat 1915-2006
Joseph Wysocki 1917/8-Unknown
< a href="">Bruno Richard Wysocki 1921-2014

Thanks again so much!!!

Uncle Anton's Memorial
Hi Barbara,
I found my great uncle Antony's memorial page that you posted, and first off I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It's great to see that he is in the same cemetery as his brother! Hopefully the rest of the family is there too. I am wondering if you might be related to that family at all, or if it was just a grave you found along the way. If you are related, I would love to chat about the family! I have a bunch of information I would love to add to his memorial page (#23960243), but I don't want to overwhelm you as I see you manage a lot of memorials. If you're not related, feel free to transfer him to me so I don't overwhelm you with the info I'd like to add. Thanks again for all your hard work! I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates it!!!

Did you know about the Szalecki family? two people are buried on the opposite side of the stone. I presume they are Zukowski family members as well
