You have a request for a Nellie Hester in Church Hill Cemetery. Do you mean Stone Church Cemetery? I have never heard of Church Hill Cemetery and I live in this area. Carla

I have visited with the staff at Grove Hill and learned the burial locations of both infants. Sadly, both are buried in unmarked graves. Section 41 and Section 42 were fully populated between 1920-1930. These sections have less than 5-10% burials with grave markers. I will add more info to their memorials.

Gerry you are more than welcome I am hoping to finish the first pass of the cemetery in the next few weeks if the weather cools enough so if you have others buried there keep checking back.
Hello, Gerry...When we claimed the photo request today that was apparently by a family member, we did not realize you had a headstone on the pg. We didn't know until we had already fulfilled the request...Roberta...ps. stone was hard to photograph but we just poured plain water over it and caught the sun at the right time.It brought out the writing a bit.

The funeral home records show James F. Prince, d. 1 Sept 1933, b. 27 Apr 1879, age 54, Father: James F. Prince. Mother: Sue Quartes, buried Fort Myers City Cemetery. I copied these from the books at the Engelhardt Funeral Home in Fort Myers.

Hi again, just wondering if you had any luck obtaining the plots locations from the office. There are several volunteers who can fulfill your requests once you have the locations to post. Thanks!

Hi again, also just a tip, if they don't get back to you in a few days, I would suggest you call back, otherwise they may never get back to you just from pat experience. Quick lookups are not a priority with them unless you're a relative. so sometimes you have to keep reminding them. And mention that you already called before. That tends to prompt them to go ahead and look it up for you. There was another contributor do that today after she called them about a week ago. They got her location immediately, she notified me and I filled her request all in the same day. Good luck to you!
