RE: Loehrke /Steffan
Thx Jim, I made the correction on Charles. I noticed that two of Minnie's sons passed away before she did. Must have been a heart-breaking experience for her. I have 6 children on my tree for her. I don't know much about them other than what was on the census records. (an Eldest son & two daughters) Carl Steffan's father grew up in Germany with my g/grandfather so I feel kinda close to this family even though I never actually knew them, take care, your distant relative, Gene

Loehrke /Steffan
I linked together the youngest daughter of Carl & Anna Loehrke that married into my Steffan Clan. Her husband Charles Steffan was my 3rd Cousin

Rudolf Loehrke is my Grandfather and name sake. My father is his youngest son Cleon Ardel Loehrke. Maried to Ethelyn Stout and they have five children, two of which still bare the name; Walter & Jon. (Kay, Lilian & Marguerite.)
Cleon is buried in Portland next to his bride Ethelyn in the Stout section of Portland Memorial.

Thanks

RE: David Haggard 1789
Thanks for the quick reply. Elizabeth Haggard Willson is my 1st cousin 3x removed. Somehow we are probably related. The Haggards and Gentrys married constantly throughout history. I started with the Gentrys and found many Haggards in my family. Thanks again.

David Haggard 1789
Do you know if his wife Elizabeth 'Betsie' Gentry Haggard (died 1846) has a headstone? She died in Dubuque, Iowa also. I thought she might be buried next to him. Thanks
