I started this out of curiosity- I was adopted at 4 weeks of age and I finally had my birth records opened when I was 32- I have researched both sides of my family adopted and biological, as well as my husbands family and have done some research for others as well.|
I am willing to help anyone that needs something.
I have also met several relatives through findagrave that I didn't realize I had.... Please feel free to contact me.

Hello Pam just got your message. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Would love to compare trees. The Stewart picnic at Stewart Cemetery in Rusk Co is the 3rd Saturday every June . Have you any relatives buried there? Email we will talk!! My grandmother was Dessie v Langford Gilliam she married Eddie Gilliam. Dessie's mother died very young and she raised all her her siblings from a young age. I believe her oldest sister married a Bartlett who are related to the Stewarts.

Thanks for the links. I also appreciate the pictures of George you have posted. I see family features of my dad's Morris line, especially the ears and hairline. I have pictures on some of my Morris sites if you want to compare. Mount Etna Morris is the closest relative to George that I have pictures of. My grandfather is also a George, Albert George Morris. I have his pictures and some of my dad Allan.

Pam, it was so kind of you to go to so much work to locate graves for Alma Ray and Merrill Ray. I am surprised you found no record for Alma. She was second wife of William Pinkney Ray. Merrill was his son by his first wife Maggie Ray. Since Merrill was age 6 at the time of his death, he could be in the same grave as his mother. But Alma continues to be a mystery since her death cert shows Edgewood and she had living family at the time of her death. Thanks again!

Thank you, we were just talking about that this past weekend. We don't who put the stone at the foot of Grandmother's grave. It is not a problem we just could not figure out how she could be in two places.
Are you related to Albert Dean?? Mildred is my Mother's sister.
Thanks again for your help

After reading your message, I thought I would edit the photo omitting the wife's name. I'm not wanting to offend anyone, so since I've done this, my new photo appears at the top again. Sorry to be a bother, but I just wanted to let you know what I've done. Thanks again for your time!
