I stumbled into Genealogy about 30 years ago while updating a family tree book that had previously been published, and at that time I was bitten by the bug.

Yep, the Genealogy Bug. I'm addicted!!!

Being a charter member of our local genealogy society, (Wabash Valley Genealogy Society), I was introduced to the Find A Grave site and became a volunteer and I have really enjoyed the project. I have found lost ancestors on this site and have helped others find theirs, and it's amazing, with just the few requests that I have fulfilled thus far, the appreciation and heart warming thanks I have received has made it well worth the time and effort.

My genealogy lines are: Flowers, Funkhouser, Baker, Davidson, Askren, Phillips, Davis, Toute, Flack, Sunderland, Clark, and McNeil to name a few.

Flowers for Lewis L Brown
Hi JP Phillips,

I saw you posted flowers on the memorial for Lewis Liebert Brown, who is my great grand father. He passed away before I was born and I am wondering if you had any information on him.

RE: Anna E. Davidson Persyn

Anna was "mother-in-law of grand uncle of my husband", so not very close.

What can I do for you?

That would be fine although it is a fairly distant connection. Thank you for your contributions to

Thank you so much for adding the information regarding date of and cause of death for Edward Neaderhiser.

I feel this information will help future researchers in their genealogy searches. Thanks again, Nina

William h Phipps
I was wondering if you knew anything more about William Phipps?
I know my great grandmother Ana Dorothy Stadler, was married to him also before he married Edna. Do you know anything about her? For some reason their child, my grandfather was adopted out to the Majors family.

RE: Fannie Tout
I don't remember if there were any more names on this stone other than Fannie's. I visited this cemetery last August in search of my own family members. While I am there, I photograph all the tombstones so I don't miss anyone mistakenly. I have been adding a few of the stones at a time to the find a grave website.
