Strehl
oh, by the way ... He's on my 'retake' list ... I had a whole section of poor-quality photos that I will go back and retake some day ... check back once in awhile ... may not be until spring when it warms up and snow melts ... :)

RE: William Strehl transfer
You're welcome ... that's why I create random memorials - to help family locate them. :)

Sammy Griffith
William Dewayne and Matilda Griffith had a son Samuel R who died as a baby. He was born 25 Jul 1899 at Owosso and died 10 Feb 1900 at Owosso. His death certificate is on Seeking Michigan. I do not know anything about the two others.

Griffiths
Am looking at your photo of the Griffith plot.
There was a Helen Griffith who was the daughter of Samuel Griffith and Joanna Shippee and was born in Mar 1862 in Michigan per 1900 census data. I foundd her in 1910 and 1920 but not 1930. I do not know her death date. In the 1910 census she was living with her father Samuel. She was divorced per the 1900 census and her surname was Johnson.
