I have been tracing my roots for many, many years. I have enjoyed the research and the many new relatives I have met along the way. And the places my research has taken me.|
If I can be of help to anyone, please contact me.
And thank you members for making this site a huge success.

If possible, I'd like to manage the site of my aunt Monette Jordan Draper, and her husband, W. Guy Draper. I'll send you another request with his memorial number. Thank you.

This relates to the status of the cemetery in Files Valley, TX. In the 1970s, a board was established to oversee maintenance of the cemetery. All of the board members are now deceased. In order to insure some level of maintenance going forward, a new board should be established. A meeting seems necessary to reestablish the board and the first group to make contact with, before going to the general population of the community, in my opinion, should be those FindAGrave Contributors who have shown an interest and demonstrated some effort to preserve the memory of those interred there. If you have experience in managing small cemeteries and/or the interest to participate in this process, please contact me via email at email@example.com.
Regards and thanks for all your work for FindAGrave.
