Wow!! How in the world did you know where Mary Hale King was buried? That's impressive. My friend had heard that before but didn't know if there was any truth to it. Since you know where she's buried, do you by chance know when she died?

Hello Nancy,
I noticed on the find-a-grave website that you added some memorials from Casey County, Kentucky.
My best friend and her father are from Casey County, Kentucky and they've been searching for their gg grand-mother, Mary (Hale) King who was apparently buried in Poplar Grove in Casey County, Kentucky. (I also believe a Cochran that married a King was my friend's ggg grandmother). They're having trouble locating Mary King's headstone and finding out Mary's exact date of death. I contacted a few people who kept cemetery records and they mentioned a book that was written by a Cochran regarding "Cochran" genealogy. Have you heard of this book? I was hoping you could tell me how I could go about possibly getting a copy of the book or maybe speaking to someone that may have a copy. Also do you know of any Casey County genealogy websites that I could research?

from russell co ky origianlly i was a rexroat before i got married from damron creek webbs crossroads community russell springs. now i live in clarksville indiana. i wondered if there is a way to get in touch with michelle riordan she has you listed as one of her connections. i wanted to see if she could link three memorials together my great uncle joe wilson jr buried at wilkerson ceme. russell springs or near casey co line and his wife elva wilson buried in the same cemetery and their 13 1/2 month old baby girl named marilyn gay wilson... i wanted to see if she could family link them together since she created the memorial to them. Is there actually a gravemarker for him?
I can't locate his death record on Ancestry.com. Do you happen to know if a death certificate exists?
Also, I'm looking for his parents, Charles C. Monday and Francis Fair. Can't find where they are buried.
